  • 5.9 million baseball fans tuned into Thursday’s game between the New York Yankees and Chicago White Sox.
  • The White Sox narrowly beat the Yankees 9-8 with a late-game home run.  
  • The field in Dyersville, Iowa, was famously featured in the 1989 Academy Award nominated film Field of Dreams starring Kevin Costner and James Earl Jones.
