November 18, 1899 – A big golden (50th) wedding anniversary for my gg grandparents – Jacob and Catharine Boller – is held in Kalona, Iowa.
Jacob Boller married Catharine Smucker in 1849, and they were the first Bollers in my family to move to Iowa – settling on farmland in Washington Township of Johnson County in 1853.
